He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Horatio Bristol Clark and Rose Marie Camarota Clark. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kitts; his children, James Clark (Christine) of Sudbury, MA, Terri Clark of Vallejo, CA and Jeffrey Clark of Pittsburg, CA; his siblings, Janet Clark of Pleasant Hill, CA and Richard Clark (Yvonne) of Martinez, CA; and his grandson Andrew Clark of Sudbury, MA..

He was a member of the Henry's Lake Foundation.
