She was predeceased by : her parents, George Higgins and Marie Higgins; and her siblings, George Higgins, Eunice Fisher, Garnet Bass, Emma Higgins, Hallie Higgins and Bethy Tews.

She is survived by : her husband Earl Wise; her children, Cindy North (Kevin) and Dan Wise (Teena); her grandchildren, Ashlie Markose (Mobby) and Daniel Wise; and her great grandchild Aydan Markose. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
