Garnier of Kimberly, Idaho, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 14, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Hrabasky Garnier and Harriet Garnier; and his siblings, Jan and Richard. He is survived by : his wife Donna; his daughters, Marion JoLee Keelin, Carmen Jane Garnier and Tamara Lynette Romo; his grandchildren, Nicole, Charles, Lilliana and Emilio; his great grandchild Harper; and his brother James.

He also volunteered with other members of the congregation delivering donations to those in need.
