It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arkie Gibson in Kootenai, Idaho, born in Spirit Lake, Idaho, who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Gibson and Leota Gibson (Holtet); and his siblings, Shirly and Carey Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his children, Amber Gibson and Nick Gibson; and his brothers, Leck and Ray (Shirley Gibson). He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to The Shriner's Children's Hospital at 911 W. 5th Street, Spokane WA 99204.
