He is survived by: his son Daniel Rose; his stepfather Ralph McKelvy; his siblings, Jinni and Greg Rose of Post Falls, Idaho; and his stepsiblings, Debbie Greene of Spokane Valley, Washington and McKelvy of Ketchikan, Alaska. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
