She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Carter and Mary Carter (Flynn); her husbands, Bob Blotter and Don Alway; and her brothers, Frank and Mike Carter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dee Alway (Richie) of Graham and Bridget Premont (Philippe) of San Diego; her grandchildren, Annabelle and Nicolas; her daughter Rikki Forsman of Lewiston; her brother Tom Carter of Redondo Beach, Calif.; her siblings-in-law, Arleen Cranston of Portland, Ore, Freda Gorman of Placerville, Calif. and Russ Alway of Vancouver, Wash.; and her stepson Lance Alway of Puyallup.
