She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Hughes and Alice Hughes of Samaria; her husband Willard Higley; and her siblings, Marie Higley (Dave) of Samaria and Clarence Hughes of Samaria.
She is survived by : her former life partner Vernal K Robbins; her children, Cindy Ward (Steve) of Samaria, Vernal Robbins of Alaska and John Law of Marina, California; her stepchildren, Dennis Law, Don Law, Janette Singleton, Elsa Stokes, Cynthia Stanford, Charles, Kent Law and David Higley; and her sisters, Ilene Durbin (Robert) of Las Vegas and JaNeal Bucannnn (Phil) of Pocotello, Idaho.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and several step grandchildren.
