It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erin Michelle Hawkes (Malad City, Idaho), born in Provo, Utah, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by : her parents, Terry Jones and Marsha Jones; her husband Chris Hawkes; her children, Jordan Cook (Tyler) and Bailey Moon (Jayden); her grandchildren, Tinley, Rydge Moon and Kruw Cook; and her brothers, Justin Jones, Tyler Jones and Trevor Jones.
