She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Wilcox Perkins and Shirlee B Tueller Perkins; and her siblings, Georgene Perkins, Dana-Lee Mikesell and Jim Perkins.

She is survived by : her husband Monte Glen Price; and her children, Amber Hartman (Craig) of Windsor, Trissa Nesbit (Sterling) of Malad and Kip (Mandy) of Farmington. She is also survived by 17 grand kids and one great granddaughter.
