He is survived by : his sons, Scott Dee Andrew (Kristin) of Mesa, AZ, Jeff David Andrew of Menan, ID and Mark Reed Andrew (Danielle) of Menan, ID; and his sister Sally Wagoner of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
