She is survived by : her husband Dale; her daughter Jana Cakurdova; her son-in-law Roman Cakurda; her grandchildren, Hugo Cakurda and Marie Ema Cakurdova of Prague; her brother-in-law David Fackler (Dena) of Tempe, AZ; her stepdaughter Denie Tackett of Boise, ID; her stepgrandsons, Shawn Tackett and James Tacket of Boise, ID; and also Joshua Fackler of Cocoa.
