He is survived by: his wife Connie Ann Barfuss Waters; his children, Jared Waters (Hillary), Jason Waters (Carmen), Jessica Henderson (Jonathan), Stephanie Gillenwater (Brian) and Brandon Waters; his grandchildren, Valerie Waters, Jackson Waters, Jeffrey Waters, Easton Waters, Wilson Waters, Matthias Waters, Saebra Waters, Thorrin Waters, Tyrus Henderson, Quinn Henderson, Truman Henderson, Atlas Henderson, Cypress Henderson, Mayley Gillenwater, Arthur Gillenwater, Cannon Gillenwater and Daisy Gillenwater; and his siblings, Bonnie Cramer (Jerry), Lorne Waters, Randall Waters (Jana), Cheryl Hartley (Richard) and Robin Waters Miller Ozment (Shelly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews-each family member.
He looked forward to working on the Tuesday evening shift and has missed that service during the pandemic shutdown.
