He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Esther Anna Arp and Leland Ray Jessen; his former wife Ann Haney; his stepchildren, Robert Eric and Kristianna; his close friend Rex McNeese; his children, Briana and Taylor; and his grandchildren, Mary-Michael, John and Esther.
As a lifelong Mason, Bob has chosen a Shriner service and any memorial donations would be appreciated for the El Korah Shrine, 1118 W. Idaho St., Boise, ID 83702.
