She was predeceased by : her husband Lawrence Sauvageau; her daughter Sharon; her parents, Wilfred Rheault and Lillian Rheault; and her brothers, Raymond, Maurice, Clarence and Gerald.

She is survived by : her children, Rick (Jeanette), Ken (Jennifer), Bruce (Cheryl), Larry, Laurie (Bob), Kevin (Janet) and Terri. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Rachel requested that donations be made to a favorite charity in her memory.
