She is survived by : her sons, Kalen Chavez (Cristal Shimmer), Michael Campbell and Jacob Campbell; her grandchildren, Wes Ryder Chavez and Camilla Faith Chavez; her siblings, Lisa Linden and Rick Carbone Senior (Bev Kimball); her nephews, Rick Carbone Jr., Colt Chilcoat (Melissa Tahbo Chilcoat) and Trevor Van Metre; her great-nieces, Rilyn, Layla and Nayvi Van Meter; and her great-nephew Soyer Chilcoat.
