He is survived by: his wife Donna Lorene Carrell of Wendell Idaho; his children, Bradley Calkins-Boise and Leslie Emery-Kuna (Mike); his grandchildren, Randy Standlee, Tenisha Calkins, Shanae Calkins, Tiffani Holding (Mark), MirAnnda Sedivy and Michael Sorenson; his siblings, Ella Mink, Lawrence Calkins (Sandra) and Etta La Chance (Loren); his siblings-in-law, Duane Carrell, LaRita Sue Rost (Robert) and Norma Johnson (Al); and also, Terri Bishop and Hayley Johnson. He is also survived by 6 Great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
