He is survived by: his granddaughter Kendra (Chad); his wife Ida "Elaine" Carpenter; his stepchildren, Carol Hillsberry (Roy) of Fruitland, ID, Bobby Carpenter (Kay) of Kennewick, WA, Wanda Louis (Joe) of Clarkston, WA, Ken Carpenter (Pam) of Midvale, ID, Jim Carpenter of Kamiah, ID, Doug Carpenter (Jeannie) of Scarbro, WV, Ray Dalgliesh (Donna) of Vale, OR, Linda Lycan of Nampa, ID, Rick Dalgliesh (Sonia) of Ferdinand, ID, Mike Dalgliesh (Kim) of Florence, CO, Pat Dalgliesh of Ferdinand, ID and Tim Dalgliesh of Ferdinand, ID; and his son-in-law Fred Simmons (Marg) of Caldwell, ID.. He is also survived by ses 35 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, some great-great grandchildren, and great nieces and nephews.
