He is survived by : his parents, John Jensen and Lana Jensen; his sister Stephanie Woolstenhulme; his brother-in-law Tyler Woolstenhulme; his sister Whitney Jensen; his nephew Rylan Woolstenhulme; his nieces, Hayley Woolstenhulme, Avery Woolstenhulme and Brystol Shirk; and his grandparents, Bob, Connie Jensen and Linda Roberts.
