It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brett Ballard of Moscow, Idaho, born in Missoula, Montana, who passed away on July 25, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lewis, Lillie Ballard of Asheville, NC, Karl and Margaret Bachman of Kalispell, MT.. He is survived by: his parents, Randy Luther of Spokane and Lynda Ballard of Moscow; and his siblings, Scott Ballard (Kayce) of Spokane, Kristen Ballard (Joe) of Las Vegas, NV, Ryan Ballard (Tracy) of Colbert, WA, Chip Flisher (Nancy), Colene Flisher of Moscow, Eric Luther and Andrea Morgan (Joe) of Spokane. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews, 10 grand nieces and nephews and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
