We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2020, at the age of 70, Russell Biggam of Moscow, Idaho, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. William R. and Mary Lou Biggam; his wife Betty J. Cleveland; his sister Barbara Andrews (Jim); his children, Jennifer Gonzales (Ken) and Will Biggam; his grandchildren, Mitchell Gonzales (Grace) and Rachael Hofstrand (Joshua); and his great grandchildren, Eva and Titus (Gonzales).
