He is survived by: his wife LeAnn; his daughters, Anna, Sarah, Katelyn Pullman, Hannah Berry and Emily Berry; his mother Janice Pullman; his sister Heidi Pullman Berry; his brother-in-law Jason Berry; his brother Kory; his siblings' children, Nicole Hjelmervik and Jonathon Hjelmervik; his children, Dillon Everts and Amanda Everts; his siblings' children, Megan Runkle, Samantha Runkle, Natalie, Bradley and Roslyn Runkle; and also Herm. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has set up an account to help his wife and daughters with necessary financial burdens as well as future education costs for the girls, https://www.gofundme.com or a scholarship program set up by his wife and daughter for financial assistance (through Zion Lutheran Church, 404 Nectarine, Nampa, Idaho, 83686) for young campers to attend Camp Perkins Lutheran Church camp near Stanley Idaho, a favorite place of Chris's.
