It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gorge Shigeta of Nampa, Idaho, born in Nyssa, Oregon, who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Atsumatsu Shigeta and Otei Shigeta; his son Gregory Alan; and his sons-in-law, Hiroshi Kawamura and Steve Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Tani; his children, Pamela, Marc (Patsy), Georgiane (Warren), Leslie, Greig, Ginger (Jon), Bridget (Geoff) and Garrin (Angela); Shozo (Mae). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid concerns, a Memorial Service will not be held at this time.
