She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Delton Stafford and Margery Helen Meechan Precht; her husband Clinton Wissel; her children, Jacque Coyan (Rodney), Christin Landingham (Jack Huffstetler) and Tim Wissel (Angela); her grandchildren, Tyler, Sarah Coyan, Caitlin, Caroline, Jack, Sam Landingham, Jon and Melanie Wissel; her great grandchild Charlie Wissel; her siblings, Linda Swain (Jim), Bill Precht (Barbara), Jack Precht (Peggy) and Kathy Sommer (Lee); and her aunt Colleen Yuhl (Mike). She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Judy's name to the St. Paul's School Building Fund.
