He is survived by: his children, Randy Lewis, Kevin Lewis, Sandy Hartman and Karla Copenhaver (Steve); his grandchildren, Brandon, Bridgette and Marcy; his great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Jordan, Blake, Amira, Bella, Marissa and Alexsis; and his sister Margret Jorgenson (Lee).
