He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mark and Agnes Mark (Boruff); and his brothers, Philip, Jim, Jack, Dan Skelcher, Freeman, Harley and Pete Mark.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Milligan; his children, Adam (Heather), John (Krissi) and Sarah (Johnny); his grandchildren, Keegan (Holly), Joey (Olivia), Kyla, Deven, Lillian, Matthew, Sophia, Liam and Tucker; his great grandchildren, Parker and Aiden; and his sisters, Helen Skelcher Floyd and Amy Mark Jensen.

In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the Idaho State Veterans Home.
