He is survived by : his mother Gaylene Self Scott of Pinehurst, ID; his daughters, Sarah Self of Osburn, ID and Rosa Self of Minneapolis, MN; his siblings, Michael Self of Pinehurst, ID, Vincent Self (Caron) of Kellogg, ID, Jeannette Solum (Kim) of Hood River, OR and Roni Kay Burt (Randy) of Mountain Home, ID; his half-brother Jim Self (Tina) of Minneapolis, MN; his stepdaughters, LaTeesha George of Coeur, Alene and Shayla Parks of Smelterville, ID; and his grandchildren, Bentley Miller and Kayloni Spray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
