He was predeceased by: his parents, Ermin Randall Bailey and Bertha Bailey (Campbell); his wife Marjorie Bailey; his siblings, Claude Bailey, Glen Bailey, Athlene Bewick and Faye Brumbaugh; his daughter Colleen Sandra Gordon; his grandson Jason Tenhonen; and his great grandchild Cody Gohl.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Marie Bailey of Osburn, ID; his brothers, William "Bill" Bailey of Harrison, AR and Donny Bailey of Spokane, WA; and his sister-in-law Helen Bailey of Kellogg, ID.
