He is survived by: his wife Karen Dora Kerswell; his children, Lorna Abegglen (Rick) of Wilford, Carma Abegglen (Darrell) of St. Anthony, Sherrie Munns (Jim) of Archer, Darin Hansen (Teresa) of Ashton and Sidney Hansen of Rexburg; and his brother Val Hansen (Sevola) of Parker. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren.
