Sam was predeceased by : wife Pauletta. Sam is survived by : children, Barbara Fajen (Bruce), Sheryl Cortese (Paul Mattern), Susan Cortese, Christopher Cortese and Patricia Raaum; and sister Nettie Eames. Sam is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
