He is survived by : his wife Cathy of Payette; his children, Kevin of Fruitland and Laura Burrell (Dennis) of Ripon, California; and his grandchildren, Meagan of Liverpool and Paige of Durham. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
