She is survived by: her parents, Glenda Rutger and John Rutger; her brother Wesley Rutger (Liz); her nephew Ryker Rutger; her niece Raegan Rutger of Am; and her grandmother Joan Buffi of Aberdeen, ID. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
