She was predeceased by: her sister Gwendolyn Rulien; and her parents, Vivian H. Rulien and Dr. Ward A. Rulien. She is survived by: her former husband Ray S. Lowe; her brother Ward (Joann); and her daughters, Julie (Kerry), Rae Meyers (Chris), Brandy Lowe (Melissa) and Melinda Lowe. She is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
