It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blanch H. Layland (Pocatello, Idaho), who passed away on October 6, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Leo and Elizabeth Howard; her husband Ernie Layland; her children, Walter Payne and Lorraine Schmett; her grandson Bobby; and her siblings, Lewis Howard, Grant Howard and Ann Louise.

She is survived by: her daughter Dora Saxton (late Darrel). She is also survived by her three sisters, and one of her three brothers.
