He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Mandarino and Thelma Mandarino; his wife Norma Irene Mullins; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his sister Diana Barry of Chubbuck, Idaho; his children, Randy Mandarino (Loretta) of Pocatello and Trudy Mandarino; his nieces and nephews, Lonnie Wells, Dan Wells (Merrillee), Bob Wells (Camille), Michelle Hoyt (Brad), Anne Kyle and Emily Mandariono; and his grandchildren, Derek Mandarino (Brittani), Stephanie Frye (Marquise), Shawn Dove (Whitney), James Sells, Nakita Schmidt (Travis), Lisa Shutt and Cody Shutt. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
