He is survived by: his wife Kay; his sons, John (Giovanna) and Jesse; his siblings, Gene Durman (Joan) and Rainy Brodie; his siblings-in-law, Gen Skaggs and Bob Skaggs (Jackie); his nieces, Stephanie Durman, Angela Skaggs and Becky Ocariz (Bert); his nephew David Durman (Noel); his friend Lisa; and also Rainy.
In lieu of flowers, he would have appreciated a donation in his name to the American Cancer Society, or to the Huntsman Cancer Foundation.
