He was predeceased by: his wife Debbie De Avila; his son Juan Yanez; and his cousins, Baltazar De Avila and Benancio De Avila. He is survived by: his stepson Junior; his parents, Salvador De Avila and Alicia Ortiz of Mexico; his daughters, Angela Yanez of Pocatello, ID and Lucia Yanez of Pocatello, ID; and his siblings, Rosaura De Avila of Las Vegas, NV, Claudia De Avila, Antonio De Avila of Las Vegas, NV, Cruz De Avila, Elena De Avila and Pedro De Avila. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
