He is survived by: his spouse Karen Kristensen; his children, Annetta Mickelsen, George Mickelsen (Daryl), Kirsten Johnsen (Alec), Solveig Querry (Clayton) and Inger Phelon (Paul); and his siblings, Adrian Mickelsen, Erma Banks, DeLila Simons and Ireta Mickelsen. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
