Simmons Sr., Michael Sinclair Charles Simmons and Lorna Ruth Woolridge (Carlos); her great grandchildren, Jay Woolridge, Carlo, Azrah Smith, Sakinah Brangman, LaNaia Simmons, Gerard and Dane Jr. (Jennifer); her siblings, Ottiwell Simmons, Quinn, Gregory Talbot, Sharon Bean (Winston), Gwen Brunson and Ismay Paulk; her daughter-in-law LuWanna Simmons; her godsons, Keith Robinson, Nelson Bascome Jr. and Arai Joell-Johnston (Hilgrove Sinclair Harvey); and her close friends, Marie Ming and Prudence Astwood.
