She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Isaac and Abby Hall Radford; and her brother Karl Ray Radford. She is survived by: her husband Willard "Bill" Alonzo Fullmer; and her children, Jeri Traughber (Ned) of Pocatello, Julie K. Fullmer of Pocatello, Charles Wayne Fullmer of Boise and Willard G. Fullmer of Pocatello. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
