He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Jean Roberts; his daughter Keith Crockett (Sylvia); his siblings, Earl Crockett (Nadine), Gene Crockett (Julie), Nedra Baldwin (Richard) and Cheryl Larson (Shane); and also, Kenneth Crockett, Todd Crockett (Lisa) and Karen Jeanelle Crockett. He is also survived by wife, 4 kids, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
