She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorcel Johnson and Sarah Barkdull; her husband Merrill J Christensen; her children, Kerry Christensen (Patrice) of Concord, CA, Kathy Dickson (Tim) of Auburn, WA, Karen Gholson (Ron) of Richmond, VA, Kelly Krenn (Martin) of Klagenfurt, Austria, Karma Tomlinson (Steve) of Marana, AZ and Kimberly Christensen of Burke; and her siblings, David (Amy) of Pocatello, ID, Bill (Anita) of Pocatello, ID, Steve (Beth) of Mission, TX and Anita Hedden of Salt Lake, UT.. She was also cherished by 20 grandchildren, and 42 great-grandchildren.
