He was predeceased by: his father Jack Mayne; his stepfather Clint Buchanan; and his brother Ronald Mayne. He is survived by: his mother Bernice Burnham Mayne; his brothers, Russell Mayne and John Mayne; his niece Crystal Meade; and his nephews, Travis Mayne and Joshua Mayne. He is also survived by four sons.
