He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leroy Winter and Lillian Joan Jones; his stepson Matthew Cook; his grandparents, Ted, Susie Winter, Lillian Slaugh and Robert Jones; and his cousins, Mike Jones, Karon Thompson and Linda Smith.
He is survived by: his siblings, DeeAnn Brammer and Russell Winter (Sandy); and his nieces, Charissa Brammer, Kali Luna (Miguel) and Alyssa Winter. He is also survived by many cousins and grand nieces and nephews.
