He was predeceased by: his father Eldon Cunningham; his brother Brent Cunningham; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Cunningham and Kyle Taylor. He is survived by: his mother Darla Cunningham; his friends, Mark Christensen and Kevin Hickman; his children, Cassia Ostler and Joel Cunningham of Pocatello, ID; and his siblings, Debra Mansfield, Jesse Cunningham, Lonnie Cunningham and Lana Taylor. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
