It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Tanner Briggs (Pocatello, Idaho), who passed away on January 14, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyman Greenwell Tanner and Sylva Mae Connor Tanner; and her siblings, Kenneth, Horace, Phyllis Martin, Sybil Hathaway, Elma Armstrong and Margaret Spiker.

She is survived by: her spouse Fergus Junior Briggs; and her child Shirley.
