He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hanson and Edith Hanson; and his brother Robert "Buzzy" Hanson (Marsha Hanson). He is survived by: his former wife Jeri Dial; his children, Doreene Wirth (Jack), Shelley Rowe and Rick Hanson; his grandchildren, Crystal, Christine, Justin, Johnny, Angie, Reva, Amanda, Shaleen, Cody and Patty; his siblings, Donald Hanson, Gail Dixon and Kay Clarke (Bill); and also, Crystal Hanson and Mike Hanson (Kristopher). He is also survived by his eighteen great grandchildren.
