He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Mallery and Vivian Mallery; his former wife Linda Gere; and his brother Mike Mallery. He is survived by: his wife Tresia McLean Miller; his children, Stephanie Miller, Stacey Brearley (John), Shade Miller (Kelle Poole) and Ryan (Carly); his grandchildren, Ian Desantiago (Abby), Alexandra Chandler (Tylor), Gabrielle McKelvey, Kaeleen Tobin (Thomas), Aaron DeSantiago (Mallory), Faith Brearley and Kendall Mallery; his great grandchildren, Tyson Chandler, Gwen DeSantiago, Oakley Chandler, Felix DeSantiago, Forest Tobin and Marley Chandler; and his siblings, Earl, Steve Mallery, Lynn Mallery, Barb Churchill, Debbie Peterson and Carla Petree.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's hospital.
