He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Horace Bailey and Evaneille Lone Bailey; and his sister Blanche. He is survived by: his wife Alyce L. Christianson-Bailey; his daughters, Terri Hess of Spokane and Robyne Little of Gresham, Oregon; and his brothers, Irvan Bailey of Post Falls and Russell Bailey of Tustin, California. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
