He was predeceased by: his father Marty Madden; his stepfather Ron Bouillon; his aunt Sherry Neary; and his uncle Kenny Davis. He is survived by: his wife Karen Madden; his children, Crystal Newkirk and Dillon Madden; his stepson David Stickney (Sarah); his grandsons, Garrett Madden and Cooper Stickney; his sister Melanie Madden; and his mother Pam Bouillon.

Donations may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital or Kootenai Humane Society.
