He is survived by: his mother Magdalene Cysewski; his wife Pamela Cysewski; and his children, Joshua, Karlee, Leah, Autumn, Nicholas, Briana, Jaxon, Jordin, Carson, Peyton, Chad, Lacey, Elijah, Isaiah, Axel, Olivia, Jessica and Will. He is also survived by his mother, eleven siblings.
